@@killerninja4416 I wouldn't think so. Then again that depends if raising them allows their bodily fliuds to flow and flesh to heal. If not then I'd say no.

always interesting to see how people handle zombieland. For me, i get the most success with tribals, since using bows over modern weapons create no noise for the zombies.
zombies react to noise pretty heavy. So with silent weapons you can basicly clear out a city without the risk of getting swarmed the moment you shot a zombie once.
kinda crazy that people never use bows and melee because they have easy gun access
you really could just use bows, but people love guns in rimworld as much as in *AMERICA*
I like to turn on low zombie HP, but faster zombies and more zombies. And like you, I use bows.

The way I like to play zombieland is to put on easy to kill and greatly increase the number, keeps the threat high while saving the micro required to fight before heavy weapons.
7:20 in the hands of a mage staff of blazing power is God tier range weapon.

I think there is a setting in zombielands that allows zombies to attack animals and stuff along with constantly chasing down colonists, it's been a while since I used the mod myself
There is. I hadn’t used it because i was worried it would distract the zombies and make it too easy, but looking back i don’t think it would’ve
they eventually completely wipe out whatever map youre on. raids become less of an issue, but hunting is virtually impossible
You know, a Necromancer would absolutely be highly useful in a Zombie Apocalypse. Especially when you can just make them dance to your tune lmao. Enjoyed the video as always, Knight. 🎉

If you wanted to do a boss battle, I’d suggest either spawning in a special zombie every 25 days, or go into the settings and make it so zombies only attack your colonists and no one else for a bit.

you should have a series where the main villain is a super strong necromancer with hundreds of zombies and a bunch of weaker necromancers working for him
yay i was of notice... (edit:) stone would make a great lich... and him being trapped in that room could make for a good story as to how he became it... trapped no food, only one thrall who was once his friend, the constant moans, groans and banging on the walls... he finally figure it out... how to become a lich... scooping up the black bile seeping into the room and mixing it with his magic... then taking the bones of his friend and grinding them to mix with his experiment and downing it along with the last of the Twinkies... when next he woke sometime had passed and he was no longer in the city, but neither was he hungry or needing to sleep or even breath...

the undead that the necromancer can make are absolute garbage at ranged combat, but they dont feel pain and any infection they could get should automatically be removed (i know thats how it worked a while back, not sure about now). also if they die while fighting, you can just re-reanimate them. makes them really good melee fighters against the zombie hordes.
Edit: i stand corrected. undead used to be immune to the zombie infection in older versions

Hey suggestion, Veequeue tried my idea but he wasn't able to make it past 200 days, Toxic wasteland near a volcano's smog with a Collective highlife ideology, to make it easer you could start with a few gas masks and a few polux tree seeds, but i really want to see someone do a 500 day run, hope that ok

What's the mod that makes the different factions into real world countries? Is it only a visual change? I tried checking the mod link in the description but there were no mods in it
Just tried the mod list link and it seems to be working fine. The mod is RimWorld War 2 it also adds all the WW2 period weapons as well

actually possible to do that. theres a mod that adds undead style genes and a submod for that that makes it so the returned xenotype is ignored by zombieland zombies
seems like staying at the abandoned city would have been best. loot that no one would get mad about and plenty of buildings. just like the occupied city, only you could steal stuff. going without a base is pretty dumb. you need the room for research and healing.
It is definitely better in some aspects but based on my experience there wasn’t near as much or as good of loot compared to the occupied cities.
@@Rat_Knight true, but then you might have survived with all your original pawns. stay at one and build a base. then go exploring and grabbing loot.
Maybe so, the issue really is that staying put for too long caused overwhelming amounts of zombies. After so many they would either break through or make it impossible to leave
@@Rat_Knight oh, so the zombies dont cap? they just keep coming and coming? wow. thats..... hazardous. so you COULD have a base, but it would have to be extremely well fortified and have lots of defenders, PLUS your adventuring group? that would be a lot of work and not something you could do in the first few episodes.
I’m not entirely sure how I feel about the zombies. The just seem too difficult to kill. Maybe tone down the sponge effect they have and increase numbers 🤔. Idk cause it needs to be fun/challenging but as it is now I’m now sure how to feel. Seems like once you get surrounded in base you’re done and seems like they spawn before you can get a foothold even in pre built cities
Yeah, they seem overturned a bit, idk if it's possible to get rid of the special zombies and lower their health but I think that would make it more fun
Yeah i completely agree. I may try turning on the setting that makes them easy to kill and increase the threat level for another 100 days or a separate video

It's getting quite annoying to play rimworld with this constant abusive npc bevahior.
Thought I'd get some ideas from you.
You can change how your colonists respond to threats when you click on them. Change that to make them run from threats instead of fighting and you can force a colonist to arrest the child, but if the arrest fails they will still fight :/
@@Rat_Knight The kid is 3 years old getting beat up by the doctor in a bad mood. The doctor was under no threat, she simply wanted to take her anger on the 3 year old girl who happens to be the initial members of the group. Looks like there is no way to fix any npc behavior parameters when they are in a bad mood.
Ahhh i thought it was the child that was attacking the others forcing them to fight. Yeah I’m not sure then unfortunately
@@Rat_Knight No, there is not a way to change their behavior parameters, but you've already suggested an arrest of the perpetrator...and it works by rallying one of the characters to arrest the violator, in this case, the doctor. Thanks.
