@@BlackMambo5 We just went ahead with Carbonado Modpac 10 pro for the customer. The semi rigid side helps in protecting the laptop better than the other bags. Alternatively you can also use Dirtsack Max10.

Very nice explanation, do you think that 55L bag will be comfortable on toprack ?
I have 390 adventure & a toprack from ss moto
Not sure how wide the SS moto top rack is but it generally should not be an issue to mount the 55L
