Brother don't worry west marina will be best block . Don't listen any negativity and dint sell your file of you can hold. There are 8000 plots mean after posession people will start build houses . Might be it take time for 2 to 3 years . Bit very soon this year the road from D block will connect with west marina . So don't worry I know many people from DHA who are holding their files and have plan to buit their mostly 1 kanal and 2 kanal and 4 kanal as second home .....

I am following many you tubers regarding property . Every time there are only 5 people see every where against al jalil developers . I am not understand this ..... even they dont have file or plots currently in any al jalail developers . Al noor kay 4 blocks posession main hain . Kabhi C and D block ko frud kaha but now posession is there .....

I am saying kay ik pattern hai Jo al noor society kay khalaf always bolty hain even if they don't have any file or plot in al noor any block . My concern is only al noor orchard . Five years plan hain atleast wait 5 years. The problem start when people expecting invest 1 lac and want own 2 lacs ...... its not work like this . Every installment plans wkrkd after get possession of your plot or file . I am not supporting al jalil developers but jin ki al noor main investments hain wo bol nahi rahy and khuch loog market kharab karny main lagay hain . capital smart city main files negative minus main hai after 4 years . Start main own tha same will happen soon to LSC like 3 marla own now 10 lacs coming from 60 lac own . Even no buy it .
Brother, you are partially correct. It's a fact that west Marina under AlNoor Orchard hasn't reached to its maturity tume of 5 years. But one must look into the commitments made by the society at the time of selling files too. They loud mouthly claimed possession within 2.5 years that they simply didn't. Then, they changed their line saying 3 blocks deliverance by Dec 2023 that too couldn't be made true. So after a series of false promises: how can someone trust them. And there are thousand of effectees in all their societies (Al Jalil, Al Noor orchard, west marina, marina Sports City and Al Bari etc to name a few).
