Obs is the best for slow computers if you know how to tweak the settings and use it properly but it takes a little bit to learn. So people end up using bandicam or whatever the other low end recording software are which results in their videos taking up more space and looking worse than an optimized obs config.

U can just use GeForce experience if u have Nvidia gpu, it runs automatically once u start ur pc and whenever u click the previously chosen button it would record the last 30s to 5m (based on previously chosen settings), u can also record using that app but for this i'd just use OBS studio
