Yes, it is entered manually. For sure there are ways to create it automatically as well. I would like to give you a tip as well: I am working with Coda.io now - much better and cheaper than Smartsheet. I worked with Smartsheet creating huge sheets, but today it is much better with Coda. Just saying
Hi, what you have done seems amazing. I am considering purchasing the PO/Invoice program. One question, do you have some workflows available so that when a PO is created, it goes through an approbation route, and ideally signatures with DocuSign?
I don't. I am working with Coda.io now - It it miles away from Smartsheet, much better. But if you steel want to use Smartsheet, you can buy the code - it works fine.

You can easily add a new step to send the created PO to an email in Pipedream
