I replaced all pots, switch and the jack on one of these recently. Used the original harness and just swapped the wires onto the new parts. Had no issues which was a smile since removing and reinstalling that mess is a pain.
The Bigsby B6C at the body binding should be about 4-6mm gap between the underside of the Bigsby and the guitar binding edge. I did this conversion recently. I left the pickups as they sounded fine.
