So I have a primer similar to this and it will not allow me to pull it out any tricks?

like the lever is stuck and it wont let you pull/ engage it?

@drewd8033 unscrew the primer handle. Then unscrew the primer assembly from the pannel. Put it on the bench and take it apart. Replace any seals that are bad. Clean and lube seals and shaft
