1. You say that after you get reviews on low-competition keywords, you "move" to the other, more competitive keyword. How exactly? Do you just add the competitive keyword to the copy of your app and by doing that you start competing for that keyword?
2. How do the free apps send traffic to the main app exactly?

Hey, yes we change the keywords and the SEO will instantly change your ranking on the keywords. You add the keywords in your app listing (title, etc)
2. You talk about your app in your free app dashboard, sending emails etc
You basically promote your other app
