I actually find Anuradhaji's version much better and soothing than the original. If you note the higher notes, this version doesn't pinch you at all while the original one had a very very sharp high.
Because in the original, Lata ji had to sing according to the music director. Shankar Jaikishan(the music director of the song) composed the song in such a high scale. But Lata ji still managed to sing. Here Anuradha ji is singing in a much lower key. She doesn't really has to sing according to anyone. Otherwise if u want comparison then ask Anuradha ji to sing in the same scale as sung by Lata ji.
