I would love to see the game balanced properly.
Pro players really just need to come to a gentleman’s agreement to ban certain things. Whether that’s in a voting style format where you pick what the other team can’t use right before the war start (so you can base build in a way that defends the things the can use) or permanent bans for an entire tournament for variety’s sake, I don’t care.
Maybe only allow 3 heroes in an attack.

Balance the game
At this point it literally feels like Stars intentionally misses his lightning and still goes on to do fastest attack of the war just to show how broken he is or maybe the meta.
I can’t agree with the current meta being completely broken, but the missed eagle artillery and scatter shot got picked up by the yeti mites.
For perspectives, I am a th15 and I consistently triple against th16’s with QC hogs (frozen arrow + giant gauntlet). They really need to take a look at the balancing of equipments, or potentially buff defences to offset the broken meta.

I think that since SuperCell has all the data, per attack, as to how many troops and spells were used, what heroes were used and how much time was spared, they can award some sort of "extra points" for 3 star attacks. These "extra points" can given be for time spared, troops or spells that are swagged or even for heroes that are swagged. And these "extra points" will only be taken into account, in the case if the war is tied. This will not only give the pros the opportunity to be more creative, but won't affect the average players' gameplay in any shape or form. That being said, along with this change, some kind of balance change do need to be implemented though.
When you compare TH15 and TH16 the differences is that TH15 it's all about getting a triple or higher percentage in every attack while in TH16 it's all about time, who can finish the attack in less than a minute or less then 2 minutes. Hopefully #clashofclans will do something to make it more difficult to get a triple than attacking a base in less than a minute.
Like TH15 it's all about strategy, but in TH16 you can just spam the RR and you can get a 3stars in less than 2 minutes.
You can't even call that a strategy when do a spam RR attack.
I would say that TH15 is equally easy to TH16, often my TH15 can triple a TH16 just as easily as my TH16 can
@@EricOneHiveI think the major part that makes the attack easy is because of the introduction of equipment. If they are introduced in th15 update then th15 in the past probably wouldn't be as difficult as it was.

I got to triple a th16 (most defenses were max) in my last war with th14 using titan smash which was surprising.
The game does a very poor job of rewarding effort. So many people spamming Edrags or RR because why go thru the trouble of trying something difficult when you get the same reward with just spam.
Then they are doing a good job! its all about perspective buddy. life isn’t about gaming all day sweating. there's more to do in before dying. why do people have to spend years in a fucking game to master skills? u r not gonna get money tripling in normal attacks. that's the job of esports players
@@lifeisbeautiful015People enjoy being good at the game, and if they put in time to learn than who are you to judge. People put in effort in things not necessarily for money, money isn’t everything in life buddy.
Of course, people should spend all their life to being better in a mobile game instead of studying or going to work.
@@joshuahietala5174 it does not take whole life but just a couple of hours( or even some min. depending on your brain) to learn a new attack, difficulty is overrated, I just learned lavaloon at th9 in one day and i have not watched any video after that for any townhall and still i can do it perfectly at higher th 14,15s. Learning something new is fun for me.
@@bhagatfamily5363 First of all it's highly unlikely that you know how to do it perfectly, that would be very bold statement. Second of all learning something new doesn't pay the bills. Learning new attack doesn't mean you are perfect at it immediately, you need to spend hours and hours practicing it, if you want to consistently 3 star in higher town halls.
I think EVERYONE should spend less money and NOT play mini accounts for one season to send a clear message to Supergreed that this balance SUCKS
Yup... I have 9 accounts. I'm only playing my top four th16s so it looks like 5 players quit playing. Everyone should do that.

Yes root riders are op but dragons loon ect have always been op people can bring straight lighting spells and clean out air defenses and wipe a base out no heals or rage it’s ridiculous

I'd suggest changing the priority on how to win for pro players: stars, leftover troop/spell space, time. but I like seeing everything spammed in at the end when they have so much swag troops/spells lol.

Why are we acting like the problem is only with the pros ? The game being too easy and boring is a problem for a part of the normal players too even if it’s not the majority and a « pro mode » won’t fix the problem at all…
Bad players that started getting 3 stars with brainless rr spam are the ones acting like that. They forgot that CoC has always been a strategy game. On the other hand, I’m sure supercell won’t do anything if the current state of the game gets more active players.
@@dugget5492 yup it just feels like having all queen pieces instead of pawn pieces in a chessboard but only in my side. RRs are really ruining base buildings, plus spell towers are joke nowadays.

Tournament wars needs to be just like how moba games play matches competitively, there needs to be a ban selections to ban equipments, spells and troops. To be considered a "pro", you need to plan it around the bans. At this point the gap between us average players and these "pro" players are inching closer and closer. No more skill required due to broken troops and equipments.

This can be implemented in regular wars as well during prep time, the war lead selects which to ban from the opposing team

Only needs to be a smidge more difficult though, need to find that middle ground between th15 release and th16
Personally that stat i feel is based off of younger ppl. The majority of clash gamers have been playing for years. They’re trying to adapt for the younger generations which is screwing all of us og players over. Who have been tryna learn new strats for years, making it competitive.From a business perspective it makes sense to reach for a wider audience. But hurting the core audience at the same time.

We have the same problem in builder base for a year now, but no one cares. It is way too easy to 6 star, and suddenly everyone complains about rr and everyone talks about it while no one talked about builder base, but the fact is that supercell gave us an answer that’s probably gonna be the same for home village : the game is too easy for good players but relatively balanced for intermediate players, and even hard for beginners, and there are more beginners/intermediates than good players. So they probably gonna do nothing to fix this until th17 comes out.
No one plays builder base ,home village is the central thing in clash and everything revolves around it

Although I love root riders, I'd like to see a 3 or 4 % increase in all defensive buildings (damage and hit points), then give the pro players different options for a pro mode for friendly wars.

The problem right now is not only root rider, but it is the general defence being weaker than before.
Lower level townhalls like th14 to th11 are also very easy to get triple right now, that even people with shit army can still triple your base or get a high percentage.

if they don't add pro-mode in legends and in cwl at minimum what's the point. Yes theirs tourneys but what about the non pros who enjoy the competitiveness in cwl and legends. Supercell needs to balance the game. Surely it can't go on like this for the rest of the year. My clan is getting bored and less active with how easy the game is now. Nobody wants to watch RR overgrowth over and over in wars. Now most people in my clan hop on, get their little star bonus, do their 2 war attacks and bounce. No one is really pushing in legends because defense doesn't exist and nobody wants to watch their base give up 300+ trophys. The game sucks right now.

But don’t you think that a little bit or struggle on the parts of the game that are supposed to be more competitive would get them to try harder and become better and then ultimately have more satisfaction in the the game? That’s how most of the most dedicated players became so hooked on the game

Root riders are(italics) ruining the game. An absolute cop out attack. Not always 100% but 80-90% of the time always an easy 3 star. There’s no versatility in legends and not as much as there should be in esports
People are being tunnelvisioned and think that problems that the top .0001% of players are facing are a problem for the rest of the players. A tournament mode is needed as many have suggested but the game being easier is better for the longitivtiy of the game
