I’m 41 and people think I’m lying. They think my 19 and 23 yr old sons are my spouse when I’m seen with one of them. I’ve been plant based for over 4 years and I have noticed that I have reversed a lot of aging in my skin and my body. It’s been the most amazing change of my life. I pray to look this good in my 70’s. ❤
You most definitely will sis. I think people tend to forget that in the Bible when Abraham and Sarah encountered Pharaoh she was 65 years old at that time. Kings aren’t attracted to trash or junk, Sarah was fine at 65. People tend to forget that. I had a grandmother who lived to be 103. She was not overweight, did not have cancer, hypertension, diabetes, or any other chronic aging disease. It is most definitely possible.

It is so wonderful to hear her story. I discovered whole food plant based eating 4 and a half years ago and lost 150 pds and got off of a ton of medications. I just turned 60 years old and feel like I am rocking my healthy life like never before. I have the energy to exercise every day! I have never felt like this before.❤

One of the most enlightening and exciting interviews EVER! She's awesome!! I'm in her age group only she's miles ahead of me. I've been mostly vegan for 18 years but really seriously for about 4 years. In that time I've lost 106 pounds with another 28 to go. Chef Babette has a beautiful mind and philosophy on life and living for today. Thank you so much for having her on your channel. Loved your episode with Dr Neal Barnard as well.
This is Such a Wonderful interview! What beautiful people. ❤ I began eating vegetarian ~15 yrs ago, and then vegan pretty quickly after that. For the animals; once you see certain things, those can't be unseen. Then how I noticed how great I was feeling, how others noticed I looked healthier... I will never go backward either. ❤ And millions of people are seeing the truth more and more.
Eeeewwwww … I am 6 months into Plant Based. I would not suck anything from a blister either and that comment alone will keep me away from chicken FOREVER!! I am truly grateful to have come across this interview; it has given me the inspiration to continue on the WFPB journey!

Great interview! Love Chef Babette. I've been on my journey to becoming vegan for over 10 years. It started out about my health as well. It has often been a struggle sometimes being the only one in my house vegan or plant based but the way I feel after eating a plant based helps and makes it easier to stick to this lifestyle change. I'm 61, no longer on any medications and I feel amazing. This has inspired my family to began incorporating more healthier food into their daily diet as well. Thanks PBN

I’m going to see what I can get accomplished this year. Thank you both so much!
I have to say this. I read both of the books that Chef Babette talks about that were given to her by her now husband. When I tell you it changed my life!!! I read both books in the space of 1 week, I couldn't put them down. I'm now a Vegan and My body feels so good now. Now the only thing I need to get on board with is the exercise . Thank you for a very enjoyable interview! I am also wanting to influence people around me, but not quite sure how yet. I’ll start with being the best version of myself.
@@carolkonyha1586 I stayed with my daughter for a few months to help with my grandchildren. She knew I was losing weight and getting healthy because we talk every day…but she told me I inspired her because she saw me doing my thing every day, and seeing the example of her mother doing it live, in front of her, was apparently what she needed. She is not vegan, but she did cut almost all sugar and ultra-processed foods out of her family’s life and adopted intermittent fasting as well. So I think you are 100% right-be the best version of yourself and you will inspire the people around you. ❤️ 🙏🏼

Pushing past limiting beliefs and keeping right in the moment with thinking about what can I do now and putting it into action. Inspiring! Thinking like that makes a person strong in more ways than one. She’s got me seeing how important it is to look after yourself with love and respect, to do the things you need to do to be your best self, as a way to live life more fully and with an appreciation for life. Already vegan, and now I am going to step it up in the gym. Thank you!
I read FIT FOR LIFE when I was in high school when I was 17 years old and I lost at the time 27 pounds in 2.5 months. I just had a baby. I was a teenage mother and I felt so good after reading that book and applying the principles. If you don’t have it, get it! I have since followed Dr. Sebi’s plan and I felt amazing! Going back to all that now!
Wonderful interview! Chef Babbette is so inspiring- I love how she explained that gratefulness is her motivation for self care❤. I’m also going to use that blister analogy on people going forward😂
So true OUR EGO is a lot of the problem. She is so right nobody will look after you like YOU. Beautiful interview. Our DNA knows no AGE. So why do we. Society dictates everything if we let it. Never ever stop learning glistening and questioning. Laugh, dance and always have a sense of wonder. AGE IS IRRELEVANT. OUR BODIES WERE CREATED TO PERFECTION BY GOD THEN ALONG CAME THE HANDS OF MAN. VEGAN4LIFE.
This was an inspiring Interview and I learned a lot, but here is something that I would like to teach myself: Calling obese people "gross" is hurtful, no matter how you meant it and it´s the opposite of being helpful, or trying to understand. No one decides to be osbese, there is always a reason. You shouldn´t forget that and educate yourself, maybe by starting to listen to what obese people have to say about their situation. I´m sure, such a wise and smart woman can do better than that.
A salad place I love called Roots has the dressings labeled as D for dairy and then nothing for the others! Making veganism the default in that way I think is really cool.
Being a Santa Barbarian, I almost always avoid going to LA or LAX...but the ONLY thing that makes going there worthwhile, is making sure I/we go to her amazing restaurant, which has one of the ultimate names, ever: Stuff I Eat!
Wow, what a great interview and I love your questions for Babette. Particularly @ 25:40 and her answer truly has so much integrity. I hope I can reach this level 🙏
Thank God for mrs babette she's been my inspiration, I'm now on my vegan journey and hit the gym three or four times a week. I don't want to eat animals ever again or food full of mucus, no thanks!
Thank you so much for this interview with chef Babette! What an inspiring lady!! I love how she talks about conciousness and how you have to be ready. And we do need people to make a shift in conciousness! At 29;18min. in the interview you talk about the form/formless and people who get the veganism, but are not able to implement.. An excellent resource is knowing more about the Three Principles as uncovered by Sydney Banks. It is not another method, technique or belief, but these principles show us how we humans form our understanding of life. Looking in this direction has profound implications in peoples life. I highly recommend listening to Sydney Banks or another good source is a podcast of two psychologists Christine Heath and Judy Sedgeman, called 'Psychology has it backwards' (start with episode 1) Thanks and keep them coming, these inspiring interviews!
Me and her have a lot in common. I will always put my health first before anything and anyone until I change my from from this body. If you can't take care of yourself you can't help others. I also get up at 1 AM to do my meditation and other routine. Then cook in peace and quiet.

I stopped the video long enough to order the book Fit for Life. Babette is 5 years older than me and I definitely don’t look as healthy as she does. Kudos to you Babette!❤
Thank you for such a Beautiful Honest interview. Incredibly moving and motivating.
love Chef Babette. I think I first encountered her from Chef AJ band I have been a dedicated fan ever since 🙏 💗 🥦 💪
Working out is one of the Best Privileges to have but I don't know if I'm in breakdown before build up because I keep feeling like crap. But I'm not giving up
Keep at it-wishing you success on your journey!
Can you guys start uploading these longer videos/interviews as podcasts so i can download and listen on RUclips Music? Amazing interview regardless she's an inspiration
God bless you, Chef Babette. You are such an inspiration.
I’ve watched several interviews with Chef Babette and this by far the best! 🙏
Thank you!
Shes 80 pecent raw ❤ eat fresh living produce.
This interview was so heartwarming and informative. You both were so charming! Very fun to listen to.
Wonderful interview, such a great attitude and beautiful souls. Thank you! 💚
Love love love Chef Babette!! She is such a gem 💜♥️thank you for the interview!
She honestly looks 20/30/40 wow that's wild!!!!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I love Chef Babette. She's amazing!
Wonderful interview! Chef Babbette is so inspiring- I love how she explained that gratefulness is her motivation for self care❤. I’m also going to use that blister analogy on people going forward😂
She's so gracious and beautiful
Great interview by both of you...
VEGAN4LIFE.
Chef B is such an inspiration.
She's such an inspiration 💚
She is beautiful. Aging very gracefully.
This is such a good conversation that I wish everyone could hear.
Love that! That's how it should be since humans are scientifically & anatomically herbivorous.
This is absolutely everything. Thank you for sharing 🤩
I hope I can reach this level 🙏
j'aime beaucoup votre enthousiasme et votre approche du quotidien, merci

Thank God for mrs babette she's been my inspiration, I'm now on my vegan journey and hit the gym three or four times a week. I don't want to eat animals ever again or food full of mucus, no thanks!
FYI I have been to multiple vegan restaurants and “Stuff I Eat” is one of the best. Congrats to you
Wonderful convo. Very inspirational. Thanks
I highly recommend listening to Sydney Banks or another good source is a podcast of two psychologists Christine Heath and Judy Sedgeman, called 'Psychology has it backwards' (start with episode 1)
Thanks and keep them coming, these inspiring interviews!

Up there radiating vegan love XXXXXX It’s just food, minus animals, love love it.
Incredible! 💚
Me and her have a lot in common. I will always put my health first before anything and anyone until I change my from from this body. If you can't take care of yourself you can't help others. I also get up at 1 AM to do my meditation and other routine. Then cook in peace and quiet.
You’re an inspiration 🙏🙏🥰🥰🦋🦋
Keep your courage, Sister Queen! I love you!
This was so awesome
She is right that is how we should look at her age
