You're right, I know someone who is working in Fantagio and she said to me this is really a toughest job for them. Every minutes they go back here, back then and always the side of the artists. If the artists are nervous before the performance, the staffs is much more nervous to them in the backstage thinking they would be no mistakes during the performance. So I'm really proud of her and all the staffs in Fantagio.
Seriously! I feel like not just the staff in fantagio but all kpop staffs have jobs that are underestimated!

all entertainment companies need this. Astro gets treated so well and i love that but there are companies out there that are mistreating our precious idols (︶︹︺) i’m glad astro gets treated well but this should be the same for the other companies too. Am i wrong?
Actually, all idols need to be like this!! I mean you can't just keep on looking down on them or give death glares when they do a mistake, and still expect them to treat idols as good as these staffs are treating!!
