Health is more simple then they make it out to be , the body either needs something that it doesn't have or it has things in it that it doesn't needs.But there is a natural cure for anything ,if caught in time.
Everybody is different & has different needs...If you ain't got no wise elder or wise person to talk to about shit, therapy can be helpful.
I wanted to hear more of what Godfrey has been going through ..covid was rough on comedians they couldn't do stand up for awhile because of the lock downs

Good points. Medication isn’t everything but when there is a chemical imbalance the knowledge you know doesn’t change that. Sometimes medication is required . Many people that understand the importance of medical and therapy are successful. But there’s no magic bullet for everything.

LJ is not correct. Therapy is not only drug based. That’s psychiatry vs psychology or sociology. The drugs are generally prescribed when there is an actual diagnosed sickness vs actual trauma which needs unraveling. Also, none of these things are 100%!of the time. There are chemical imbalances that exist in people that are more extreme.
