What do you think about the new passive rework overall ? Buff or nerf?

ill be making a vid on my games with it within the week, but its a nerf for Crit/Lethality since they needed the early AS from passive and a buff for Onhit/AP since they rush AS right away.

theres an option in Interface Settings called "Line Missile Display" you can disable to remove the arrow

Nice video. I dislike the empyrean skins as a whole, but the varus one is by far the best out of the bunch and definitely a good skin.
