Beginning of clip I say "Kendall".. I meant Kenda!

On the rear I only run 2 tires. 1st is the IRC-M5B, And 2nd is the Kenda washougal 2. They are both way cheaper than a Dunlap and I think way better. I just mounted a set of washougal 2's today and this will be my first time trying it on the front as well.

Just got done putting 40 hrs on a set of michelin starcross mediums. Really like these tires but they’re over a $200 for a set now.. ridiculous! Kendas are catching up on price though.. $170 for a set.. times are changing, just means getting more hours out of existing tires 🫣

For Michigan trails, Enduro Engineering recommended the Washugal front and Millville rear.

Millvilles are the next set im running in a couple of weeks. Kendas have been near impossible to get over the last year

Maybe I’m weird, but I find these slide on roots, even when dry. I’m new to dirt bikes, so I’m pretty ignorant on tires, but my bikes stock Pireli Scorpions seemed to track straighter and not slide on roots.

Do you mean side to side sliding? Here in the desert i rarely touch roots but interesting comment. What psi do you run?

@@andychips6923 yes, slide to the left or right a few inches until it hits dirt and get traction. I’m at the recommended 15 psi.

@@warrenstemphly5756 try going down to 10psi and see how it feels. Im not sure of your weight, bike set up, or whether you’re running HD tubes but i run fast desert and slow enduro stuff and I’ve never had a problem and im at 215 body weight with irc hd tubes. 15 psi is pretty up there

@@andychips6923 basically I’ve just kept it at what the bike manual says, and the dealership that mounted the tires. I rode it today at 12 psi and it’s a huge improvement, thanks for the tip!

It’s because they are way to hard. I have 3 psi in the front and can barley flex it

I have the rear on my 96 KX250 and it's been great. Thinking about putting one on my Yz250 for track riding buy I don't know if it will corner as good? Just my speculation

Put 20 hours on these Kendas and I loved them. But because of supply I haven’t even been able find any more to buy. Cornering was great. Loved the dual compound with the rear tire. Think it did help with durability!
