I was hoping that after they slept together that everything would be different but it's not. Mackenzie still loves Chloe and is still dedicated to Chloe and Reuben. I'm just thinking about baby Reuben here. Chloe was already pregnant when she first met Charity and Mackenzie. And Chloe and Mackenzie managed to sleep together anyway despite her already being pregnant. Which also means that Mackenzie cannot be Reuben's father because Chloe was already pregnant when she, Mackenzie and Charity first met. She definitely hid that little secret well didn't she. I wonder how long Chloe can keep Reuben's real father a secret from Mackenzie and Charity for aye. Chloe ruined Mackenzie and Charity's marriage with this affair story and then coming out pregnant with Mackenzie's baby (sic). When all along Chloe was already pregnant with Reuben and she's using Mackenzie as a lying cover up story for Reuben's real father who is not Mackenzie but some other bloke before arriving in the Dale. I'll check with the Emmerdale 2023 spoilers to find out if Mackenzie is Reuben's father and if Chloe was already pregnant when she started her affair with Mackenzie breaking up his and Charity's marriage.
Knew the break up wouldn't last long, not with how well Charity was taking it. But didn't see this coming so soon. What a crappy storyline just for the sake of drama. Well at least Charity was looking good. Chloe can't hold a candle to Charity in any shape or form.
