I don't like to eat any icing but try to decorate. The process of making butter icing is very good. I will try it this year. Usually here in USA everybody biy the readymade icing. I used to do like that. Now I can try this butter icing. Thank you so much.

I cannot explain the taste of my plum cake 🤤. Also in this Christmas I used the wine which I prepared last year according to your recipe. It was very strong.
