    An excellent explanation of the crucial traits. I have them all! I even know when I am letting them take over my life. Now if I just knew how to get rid of them! Thanks for the video.

      It starts with awareness - which you have. Now, tackle one thing at a time and assess the decisions you're taking on a daily basis. Do they align with what you really want? If not, is there a way of deciding differently? It is always tougher in the beginning.
