THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! This showcased everything, they successfully used the 50 dancers to their advantage. GOOD CHOICE for powerful song to get 50 back up dancers and make use of them as a prop. The group members choreo are so powerful and unique esp on chorus and outro.. the members' footwork and ability to blend with backup dancers was on point the whole time. They have always been taking advantage of all 13 members in choreos every cb, thats why they are famous for being "choreo kings", this is the only time they used 50 back-up dancers.. ITS GENIUS that they picked up the guy on 2nd verse because the lyrics says "pull up my flying nimbus" while the dancers surf him as if he's flying in a cloud (DBZ reference). And the part they picked up the 2nd guy on last outro before they all chant "ENER ENERGY" in reference to Goku saying "GIVE ME ENERGY" in anime and pointing to the sky whenever he needs to recharge powers. All every bits of choreo are creative bcs it has meaning, all bits of the choreo has a reference if you know DRAGON BALL Z (the song title is literally "sonogong" which is "son goku" translated in english and japanese).

They are sec produced and self choreographed. Hoshi is the choreographer for them and he is one of the members. You would love his solo stuff - Tiger and Spider. Tiger is one that I wish I could see for the first time again.
Anything from the group is equally amazing.

My first time watching them and im very disappointed tbh, i was expecting BTS standard. They were good as a Group, but i found most of the key moves were the cannons and formations from their dancers rather than the group. Definitely could've shown a lot more, especially utilising that number of members, why not use all of them for the great formations? I'm not shitting on them, i feel they may be so much better, but this didnt really showcase anything. Bad choices imo, at least in what the members were involved in. Also it seemed totally pointless to pick that guy up twice. Other than a level, it added nothing. The body pops at the very end were the only thing that impressed me.

    • @Yurkan1317
      @Yurkan1317 Год назад +11

Alright, it's your opinion. But... why wait for it to be the standard of Bts?? . Seventeen have had a lot of performance before. In fact, both Don Quixote and Super have used multiple dancers. That is not to say that they do not make use of their many members. If you want to see them without backup dancers and with good formations, you can see:
      Hit
      Hot
      Home; Run
      fallin flower
      24H
      Getting Closer
      home
      left and right
      Rock with you
      etc...
I'm just telling you don't expect a standard equal to Bts. Seventeen is different from Bts, they are both talented but they are different groups. Seventeen's choreography varies, but they always prove to be clean and have good technique with a plus of synchronization (I don't know about Bts, I don't follow them so I can't say much about them).
Anyway, everyone has their tastes so I'll respect your opinion ^^/ have a good day!

"BTS standard" dont piss me tf off,. svt are literally holders of "king of performances" title. Yes you are shitting on them by comparing them to BTS. Yes you are definitely criticising the dance in a negative lens and not doing a research about the song, you are PREJUDICED, you are BIASED because you have SOMETHING TO COMPARE TO. You are a SEVENTEEN hater and a typical ARMY 😂😂☝

First of all they are performers means they need to sing while dancing at such intense level of choreography but u probably don't know because u new to svt, they sing live and they nailed it even with such choreo.."this didn't really showcase anything" pfft everyone knows how good they are they don't need ure bias opinion tho
idk what's your intention by comparing it to another group that always using backup dancer for the dance practice cause it's the first time for svt using em other than award show😌

I don't mean any disrespect nor disregard but BTS and Seventeen have grown immensely in their respective fields. As a multi myself, I feel bad for comparing groups who have championed kpop and talent worldwide. Maybe a deeper look into their story, background, dance practices and efforts might give you more insight. One view and you've already formed an opinion? This particular song showcased their dancers/ team heavily. Look into their earlier work, (if you choose to of course) and experience their evolution. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy Woozi's lifts, 😬
Sidenote, one the members was even performing with a broken clavicle. Seventeen right here!

@@justrandom3864 EXACTLYYY LMAOOO get them for me! SEVENTEEN are one of the few groups who can actually dance like they are in competition and the choreos are insane. This is the only time they used a back up dancer!! BTS however, they were always keen on using many manyyy back up dancers every award shows. Their members would do minimal hard choreos and let the dancers do it. It's not a bad thing.. but for this user to speak nonsense to a group who does THE MOST is FUNNY AND HYPOCRITICAL!! HAHA!
