Ahhhh... Brigham School. It was Number 6 when I went there. I'm glad to see that everything didn't go the way of the old post office. Can't wait to see more.
Lived in Kingston, went to KHS, married a guy I went to KHS with. Love Kingston. It will always be in my heart. Great city to grow up in (back in the 50' & 60's). I remember all these buildings & have been in many of them. We still have lots of family there and visit often. Our first stop is for Hot Weiners second is for Engs chicken chow mein!!!
This is the greatest video! So much has changed over the years here but yet uptown has remained almost virtually untouched. It's cool to see what the buildings that we pass each day used to look like.
Very nice...I love, and have many old photos of Kingston,N.Y..So much history there.. I found your video after I post my video of some of my Old Kingston,NY post cards.. Thank you so much for your work...
Hey, thanks for this! My family left Kingston when I was seven. I still remember some of the shots. My father (David Byrne) and uncles had a monument business next to the railway trestle. i went to GW elementary. Lived on Linderman Avenue. Wish I new more about my past. Hope you do more!
