I think it's because he is so efficient and orderly. I keep watching to see if he makes any mistakes but we probably wouldn't know unless the customer said so.
let’s be real. the employee communication is absolutely ON POINT. the manners. everything is absolutely great. i managed a mcdonald’s and it’s NOTHING like this at most stores. I absolutely love the respect your staff gives each other. Take note Mcdonald’s, these ones are doing it right!
He's the owner lol. You think he's gonna be rude to someone on a video and then put it on RUclips? Or someone is gonna be a jackass on camera when they know he's filming? lol
Lol its because he's the owner. You said in your own words most stores are totally different. Of course when the owner is working everyone is super polite and doing it all by the book.
For real though lol I was an opening manager at McDonalds for two years and I hated every minute of it, but not because of the customers. I had the rudest employees of all time, just straight up disrespectful. Lol I would call out like this guy did, and would be met with eye rolls or attitude. So glad I got away from it, so jealous of the communication this guy has with his employees.
Disclaimer: While this guy looks like he is an average McDonald's employee, and perhaps he was at one point, he is actually an owner/operator of a location which is why he's allowed to record while working. That's why all the other employees are kind of intimidated by him too, it's literally their boss LOL!
So fascinating to see how things have changed..Breakfast was tedious as heck back in the day ...especially making pancakes with batter on the grill... 😅
Indeed! I can remeber it , lol and the round bacon for the biscuits! lol - I was like who the heck did they do that- hahahahah When the cinnamon rolls were cooked/heatue up in the biscuit oven... the old Quater-hauffman steam cabinets lol....
I love watching street food pov videos from other places in the world, especially Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and Lebanon. I didn't consider that fast food like this is about as close to street food as we get here in the US. I wouldn't have thought it'd be interesting to watch but this is definitely entertaining to watch. Not what I was expected to show up in my recommended feed but I'm pleasantly surprised that I found a new fun thing to watch.

Your doing 90% of McDonalds advertising for them while working there! I bet everyone is way more likely to get food from there, watching these videos, than their own advertising.
Yea but they can also sue him for using these for profit and breach of privacy. This is a paying website free to the public and that is a privately owned and marketed company with stockholders. You really think they want some random guy representing the billions of dollars at stake, especially when they pay millions for a marketing team and commercials they have to approve.
Remember those days. Worked at mcds 16 years 12 as manager. Supervisor didn't want us running the grill tied down to prepping. Put ur best ppl n place and manage the grill aka kitchen
I’m just saying the closest McDonald’s to me does not have quality like this. Everything is tossed together in such a careless rush I frequently have sandwiches that have come unwrapped in the bag. This in turn causes the bottom to become a slushed mess of mixed toppings, whole burger patties, toasted buns and loose fries. Greatly appreciate what I see here though I’m sure customers are very satisfied 💪💪❤️❤️
Absolutely, spent 7 years as trainer/manager under a good owner, what you see here is absolutely textbook. McD has something called the "Golden Standards", every store is supposed to follow them. This ensures wether you get a Big Mac in Nashville, TN or Naples, FL, it's the same sandwich, quality and service. Sad truth is a lot of owners follow those standards too loosely or not at all and the location close to you is what you end up with. This dude runs a tight ship, even the most broken rules are still being followed. It's refreshing to know there's stores out there like this.
this makes me both happy AND mad to see. because why can't all workplaces be like this. instead majority of them are inhabited by shitty highschoolers who don't do their job, just gossip all day, argue, and start fights. I worked at McDonalds in the late 80s through high school and college. I did the front, the grill, and maintenance. This system is so different now. Is your job like the crew chief? The crew chief would tell the grill what to make based on demand and would place it under the warmer. The product had a timer and if it went beyond, it would be frozen and donated to food charities.
