This kid is a stud. For all the NFL guys that did not watch him in college, he is the complete package; great vision, cuts on a dime, elusive, great receiver. You could tell he was special from his Freshman year. He was a bit dinged up his sophmore year but other than that the only thing that kept him from being a household name was the stable of backs he shared carries with. Had he been a bell cow somewhere and stayed healthy he would have put up ridiculous numbers and been in the heisman conversation. As for breakaway speed, he does not have that extra gear but a couple of decent backs before him didn't either. Emmet Smith, Marshawn Lynch and many more. Raiders you will not be disappointed if for nothing else you will get 110% from this kid all the time.

Saban was very public in that he felt last year, Josh was their best all around running back. As a Raiders fan (and of course die hard Bammer) I was thrilled to see the Raiders land him. This guy is tough as nails and will no doubt come to play every game in is NFL career.
