The item no. (j) in subclause 77.1 in the standard was taking about intralaboratory comparison while you were talking in the video about interlaboratory comparison.

For spectro, I think it needs internal calibration only, and you can check the guidelines used in your lab for acceptance and rejection. Is it right, or do you mean something else
