Bought one of these recently. The only word to describe it is pure. Very pure natural tones, plays like a piano.

Not to throw shade on my dude here, but all of these guitars sound exactly the same, because a true demo would be just the guitar straight into an amp that is mic'd, but this is just all digital postprocessing. We can't hear the true sound of the guitar sadly

nah it's all good, great demoes in actual song context. sounds better than many other brands demoes. also people are not able to distinguish good digital processing from analog, and it's been documented well in dozens of tests. so it's all good, and the sound demo is very informative. especially since most of the buyers of these cheaper brands play digital anyways

it's not the "digital processing" it's just that there's quite a bit of gain on it, and it's also double tracked etc. I'd love to hear more clean/low gain demos as it gives you a better idea of the Core sound, but they've been getting better at that lately.

@@SisterRose then NDSP Archetype pligins are not digital processing?
      🫣
Some are easily noticeable here, like Gojira and Rabea.
On the other hand, we can see his screen with these plugins, behind him, while reviewing Jet guitars.

@@GoodwoodStock they're not digital alteration of the actual playing, outside of altering dynamics somewhat via compression. I put it in air quotes for a reason.
it reminds me of when people get weird about trans people(or women on HRT to a lesser extent) taking hormones, and it's true older ones like Premarin had problems, now hormones are what's called "bio-identical".
Amp modelling etc. is essentially like a "bio-identical" hormone or substance, it just does what an actual amp or pedal does to varying degrees of accuracy.
