Dear friend. Thank you very much for your kind and motivated comment. I really try to build scale models unplugged. Just by hand. No air compressors, no polish machine to plug in. I really like to see that there are people who likes the effort i put to this models.
looking great so far bro chassis wheel color looks spot on I feel like doing bug eye rally imprezza iv got there or one the hatch subaru a in rally decals would look cool anyway I get some awsome belkits there little exspensive but there decals are bad for sticking unless on flat surface I have to peel off wrc foiest decals I have on it cause there flaking off any ware they ment to fold around a curve if u buy the belkits you get great PE parts but buy a after market set decals for ur build cause there decals are only good on flat surfaces i use tamiya decal softener and sticky setter i also use another softener for the decals just don't do anything iv whole car decaled but have to take them off cause stamping tearing flaking off all curvy parts car i might put my own decal choice on it like martini or JEGIERMESTER decals valiant ones from revelles RSR porsche cause they lay down nicely just means I might have to change body color from white to the color of coral blue i have on my RX3 BUDDY BUILD IV GOT GOING ON NOW
Hi there lovely job would I be correct in saying this particular one no primer required this will by first Tamiya model just about have everything I need just a few other paints but curious if primer required?
also I wanted to know what are these "sponges" to sand. What brand please? because they look so good!!! Finally what grit do you use for the green?. Thanks again.

Is the original blue painted on the model by Tamiya the same as the mica?

No for me not. I didnt use primer on this one. Just sprayed three coats of paint, the first one very thin.

I buy my stuff from a greek shop online. There are no special brand. Search for "Dual grit flexi wide sanders" i use the 600/1000 grit.
