I have three theories. It definitely has to do with chiku being the first two syllables of chikubi, the question is the maro part. My first theory is that maro sounds like maru which is a common ending to Japanese male names. Imagine if someone recommended a collab name like "Nipstein." My second theory is that maru means circle, which are often used to censor words. chiku〇 just looks like someone is saying and censoring chikubi. Third theory is that Beni would have done this no matter what syllables followed chiku, because she's a dirty joke mastermind.
