In the previous episode we discussed the importance of using the right kind of data to earn proper profits in the stock market. Even if we aren't participants in the derivatives segment, we can use open interest and perform open interest analysis to figure out the current situation of the stock market.
In this video, we will first discuss the basics of options derivatives, and the option chain, which often favors the options seller, with examples, we will see exactly how the various situations related to the open interest can help us see the actions being taken by the options sellers and buyers and what we can conclude about the situation of the stock market from them.
Next, we will discuss which OI data to follow - options or futures - depending on the stock market situation. Mr. Panchamia will mention some fundamental rules, which can help us choose between options OI or futures OI data.

As per my understanding, changes in open interest happens because of buying of protective call/put. Options chain is a wider details , covering very large strike prices. Thereby, put call ratio may not be helpful. Market is a dynamic force and I think with the movement in the market, the open interest charges.

If open interest are decreasing of call and put both but price is increasing then what will happen od stock .mean price increases hoga ya decrease hoga.Or sometimes call open interest increasesing and price of stock also increased and sometimes call open interest increasesing but peice of stock decrease.
