Hey Moe, do you do any freelance retouching? I have some images with corresponding plates. I want to turn them around quick for my client but you made it look too easy and I can get it 90% there but it still looks a little off... Would love to hire you.
EXCELLENT VIDEO. Question: The shadows did not show up on the car even though the selection included part of the front of the car. Is this because the shadow layer is below the car layer? I'm think that's the case...
Great tutorial!! Just one question, when i am trying to make the shadows under the car, i create a mask using the pen tool. Although, when i use the paint bucket tool to fill the mask selection - everything BUT the mask selection gets colored. After that i tried to inverse the mask selection, although then i get a sort of "defined" frame around the selection when there is color inside. When gaussian blur is added to the color inside the mask selection, it looks something like the blur cant go outside the mask selection, so it looks super weird. I cant figure out for anything how i can fix this.. If you have the time, i would superduper appreciate if you could help me with this!
Hey Sebastian, I know this is really late, but just incase you weren't able to figure it out yet, I suspect the reason that is happening is because you are trying to add the blur to the selection instead, try to put it into a new layer and then bluer that whole layer that should fix your issue.
Your knowledge is worth billions. I appreciate you for showing these skills and making us all better.

this is very odd, perhaps reach out to adobe support they are usually helpful, unless you have figured it out!

Hi, because the virtualrig is to expensive for me, is there any app that give similar effect to virtual rig..? Thanks..
Hey! You can use photoshop built in "Path Blur"
Alan car Space, the new car of the jaspion
you need to mask the rear window and make it darker
in your photo you see a static image throug the rear window
is there not a way to do all this within photoshop??
SerenityNow you can use the path blur tool to fake the blur
nice
The driver is missing, noticed it in the first 2 seconds, fix this and it will look beliveable
