Your testimony is a miracle to me. I’m 25, I have been sick, with a cane myself for almost two years. With chronic flu like symptoms from a medication I took back in 2023, also losing some of my sight and vision. I cried out to God today for one last Hope, I couldn’t keep living like this alone. Just think…the Lord used my paralysis for two years to teach me important things I needed to learn, AND He’s used my story to now help and encourage YOU! Imagine how many people you are and will be blessing with your own journey of perseverance and endurance. God’s got you, He’s working in and through you, and you’ve got this!!! Wow! What a fantastic Testimony 🙏🏻 proving that God loves us, that God is good, all the time, that He is rich in Mercy and He does still work miracles in our lives. How wonderful it must be to be proof that miracles happen. As well as that, congratulations on your achievement: by which I mean, well done for keeping the faith throughout your illness and the pain of your disability. I know how hard that can be on some days when the pain is relentless but you have taken the highest permissible dose of the medication that you have for pain relief, and yet you’re still suffering. So well done for staying the course when it would have been so easy to take some more of that same medication and be done with it! I really am SO happy for you to be how you are now and I pray that it stays this way for you with more healing to be visited upon you. I’m not sure what lesson I am being taught, although sometimes I do get flashes of what it might be but the whole picture always eludes me. Sometimes, when I’m in my low moments and I’m at my most belligerent (towards Him,) I am reminded that while He walked among us, He ultimately suffered far worse pain than I do. Plus I remind myself that He CHOSE to suffer that pain so that the pain I feel now, will one day stop. Forever. How cool is that? How great is our Lord? How lucky are we, who know Him? I pray for your continued recovery and healing and I give thanks to Him for your healing.
