Kelli was a dear friend of mine in high school. I used to pick her up in the mornings to school. She was such a positive and warm person. I am so sorry Tillotson family. She was a beautiful person inside and out.

I have lived in Arizona for 50 years and a neighbor of mine was at the scene of the accident. He commented that it was an animal that caused the fatal accident, I think it was in 1991.
