That was very inspirational to me. I have suffered so much. I was bullied when I was a kid, told I had bipolar disorder when I was 16, now I'm not getting along with anyone in my family, none of them call me to see how I am, they don't care, and I don't think they ever really did. Well, the hell with them!!!! I'm friends with whoever is a friend to me that I feel safe around, if I have a gut feeling when I meet someone that this person is possibly lying to me, I take off. I have learned the hard way to listen to my intuition, if you think something is off or not quite right about a person when you 1st meet them, stay away from them before they try to suck you in with a lot of sweet little lies. When you see red flags, you need to pay attention!!!

Aishwarya Nair Well, I wouldn't say I'm God's favorite, but that was very nice what you wrote there, thank you. It is so difficult, especially when you're a kid or a teen, to have labels put on you that you're some kind of problem child, have ADD, or have bipolar disorder. I've read that a significant amount of children who get diagnosed with ADD when they're young,eventually get diagnosed as having bipolar disorder or serious depression when they're older. There is so much stigma surrounding bipolar disorder, and a lot of it really isn't true. I've never been a violent person, I don't own a gun, and I've never messed around with alcohol or drugs either! Part of having this thing is that it's genetic, my mom has bipolar disorder. And even though my mom has her mood swings, she's always been a very loving and caring mother, and she's been through a lot herself being diagnosed with a so called mental illness. It was rough enough for me to go through this in the 1980s, she got this diagnosis when she was going to college in the early 1960s, where the way they ran these psyche wards was very similar to what you see going on in the movie, One flew over the cuckoo's nest, scary as hell to be in that situation!!! I will say at least now, they have much better medications to treat bipolar disorder, back in the 1980s, Lithium was the ONLY thing that helped me at all!!! But I think now, there's way too much pushing medications, especially on young kids, rather than talking to the kids about what's going on in their life and what are they depressed about and how can they deal with it. There is NO magic pill or drug out there that's going to solve all of your problems, in fact some of the medications out there can make you feel worse!!!
God always gives hard role to THE BEST ACTORS .... and to achieve greatness you may have to see some of these days ... and me I was a potato... every one called me fatty..... now I don't remember who did it in last 2 years... God is always there ..... you just have be Yourself... and play your roles with confidence and dedication.. maybe you may never get a second chance of things or life

Thanks for posting that up! I've just beat my BEST 10k running time by 4 minutes 2 days ago and just now still sweating, came back from another run and beat that new best time by 4 minutes so total immprovement of my BEST 10k time of 8 minutes with the Goggins mentality! I was listening to this on reapeat the whole time. Thank you so much!

Instead of blaming society for his hardships growing up like a lot of Black people, this hero did something everyone should strive to do and thats to overcome adversity by believing in yourself.
A lot of us don’t blame society for our hardships but why do we have deal with the racism at all . That’s the real problem.

He changed the story not too long ago. On video, he said that when he was in the navy and was going through the seal program, he was failing a lot. He said that nobody helped him except the white instructors. It was a tirade, but he was outlining how black people don’t help blacks people. It took white people to motivate him to complete his training and help him have a military career. Basically debunking that whites are out the get blacks. Racism happens but what is even worse than that is that the community doesn’t help either. He was thankful for his instructors. Give your kids books instead of nose ring and watch them be successful.

It's so dumb when people say racism exists. It really doesnt. I've never been told anything racist ever! Maybe once or twice when I was little. But so many white people love me even though I'm Indian! Racism isnt a problem anymore, and we as a society need to move forward and just Love each other.
