Massive 18kt ring! Another great hunt - removing the trash from the ocean is just as important as finding treasure. You're one of the good guys Michael!
Another awesome hunt mate. That is the advantage of dive hunting you can see small undetectable objects. I only wade up to neck deep with scoop and found gold chain yesterday but I know there is more small treasures down there that my Excal can not detect. That brown ring could be an old bronze ring. Happy hunt see you on the next hunt too.
I dive in the states, you're right there is no feeling like seeing that gold shine as you fan away sand and rocks! Can't wait until warm weather here. Nice hunt!
Excellent discoveries today. Fun to watch because of the discoveries and the underwater scenery. That was a lot of targets. The small gold targets were amazing finds.
Michael Oliver I'm relatively new to your Channel and I have a couple questions. Do you save all the jewelry that you find until you get it back to the rightful owner? When you go on a rescue or someone calls you to come find a ring for them do you charge anything? I noticed when you were using that machine to blow the sand away you found a large coin and you were excited but I could see it up on top to the left there was another coin that you missed. When you fan the sand away aren't you worried that you could be Fanning away a Target as well? As I said I'm new and have never done any kind of treasure hunting like this but would it be wiser once you find a target with the big machine instead of Fanning everything used to little pointer thing that you have because there may be multiple targets in the same spot as you showed us today? Maybe Fanning causes the other targets to move away I don't know I'm just asking questions to find out information? I really like watching your videos they are so cool. It is so awesome to be underwater and to be able to see what you were doing it is very interesting and I am definitely a fan.
Great video my friend. That is one huge ring! I often wonder what these people thought as the rings etc sink away in the deep. Great hunt. Thanks for taking us along. Cheers
Awesome hunt! I am wanting to get Padi certified now after watching your awesome videos. My terrestrial hunts are not so exciting after watching what you find. GL and HH
Hey Michael, interesting point to make... those bits of lead you got from the first hole are lead crimps. I have literally melted thousands down to make fishing sinkers. I usually found them in secured electrical equipment and meter boxes...a little perplexed how they made it to the marine environment...unless they were dumped. Cheers cobber...keep a good mix of free lance searches and recovery content...I personally love the free lance stuff.
Yep, seen rings that big. My hubby had to have his wedding band made. Yeah, his fingers are that big. Love watching your vids and all the sea creatures that you come across. They seem curious.
Mike, just imagine what is was like to have one of the old 5 foot torpedoes they use to use a underwater scooters!! Great vid, I watch them all G'day from Bulgaria.
I just found your Channel. Fantastic job on the videos and all information you give us. Thanks for in introducing me to a new world of toys and adventure.
That's a whopper of a ring mate another great hunt. your right about the rubbish in the rivers & sea, Check out what Downunder Dan is doing for our water ways show him some support if you like for the great job this Aussie is doing for us like a shout out to him would give him a lift up just some pay back for cleaning up our water ways mate.
@@MichaelOliverLJR That's cool i like what he is all about when it comes to rubbish in the water ways, I do a lot of river and beach stuff and always filling up bags of other uses rubbish. People don't see the stuff when its sitting on the bottom of the water like we do so if there is a problem they just brush it off as nothings wrong. Keep up the great work and helping out people.
WOW amazing finds Michael . Just a question for you. I was finding a lot of lead like you found when I was in the North Narrabeen Rock pool . I find it strange that I was picking up small pieces like yours. Does the salt water deteriorate the lead into small size. Happy Hunting Cheers
@@MichaelOliverLJR i could never go diving like u do. Afraid of water 4 years. I have advanced 2 learning 2 swim a bit, i didnt do that until i was 30. I still dont like it, i do like u finding what others r 2 afraid 2 reach tho. 😊
I like how excited you get when you find gold. Based on the condition, wear and size of that gold wedding band, my guess is that it probably belonged to an very large older gent who had been married for a long time. It probably broke his heart to lose it. I hope you find the owner Michael. Had no idea that lead was so valuable. Is it harmful for the water? x
Hey what's the stuff that looks like tar, I've seen it in a bunch of your videos! Do you ever go to the gold fields? I know it takes forever to edit these videos and answer all the questions! Thanks brocephus ha ha cheers
When people come and say, "ive lost my ring its a goldband ring ",what proof do they need to say it belongs to them?. Is there anything you find you get to keep for your self?x good video michael.
@@MichaelOliverLJR your a nice thoughtfull guy. I just wouldent want to see you get taken the piss of, but i belive you can handle yourself anyway. Keep up the good work, and maybe one day you will find a nice old ring, when the owner is long time gone, and wants to pass the memories on to you. x
GOOD AFTERNOON BROTHER, A QUESTION? YOU HAVE ANY COLLECTION, CAN YOU INVITE US TO KNOW IT? IF YOU ARE SEND US TO SEE YOUR COLLECTION OF YOUR FINDINGS, THANKS AND GREETINGS FROM VENEZUELA, GRANDE AND GENEROSA EARTH

I am so jealous of you. Not just getting treasures, but to be able to swim. I have taken swim lesson, and all the professional says I can't!!
