Thanks for sharing! I’m a mess not even 5 minutes in. I lost 160lbs to “heal” my PCOS and improve fertility but the idea of gaining weight during pregnancy throws me through a loop so I really resonate with this 💛

Crazy how our society makes us so fearful of becoming, or being perceived as, fat. Our bodies change, as do our relationships to them. While it totally makes sense for our bodies to feel unfamiliar post-pregnancy, I hope that detestation for “extra fat” evolves into radical acceptance, regardless of your changing size(s). Also, just noting: Ain’t nothin wrong with working with your body through regular exercise, healthy meals, etc. to build your strength and establish a more fulfilling relationship to your body. But letssssss keep it cute and scrap the intense self-critique! ❤️

Try intermittent fasting. It works. Fast for 16 hours and eat for 8hrs per day. If you fast 4 hours between the 8hrs of eating really gets you to good weight. Body will burn fat during periods of fasting.
