  • Our Global Head of ESG, Dr. Tim Siegenbeek van Heukelom, discusses The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) with ESG Capital’s Steve Morgan.
Climate change presents financial risk to the global economy. Financial markets need clear, comprehensive, high-quality information on the impacts of climate change. This includes the risks and opportunities presented by rising temperatures, climate-related policy, and emerging technologies in our changing world. The Financial Stability Board created the TCFD to improve and increase reporting of climate-related financial information.
In addition to a live Q&A, Tim and Steve will discuss:
    - Introducing the TCFD
    - The key requirements surrounding the TCFD framework
    - TCFD’s recommendations
    - The increasing pressure for businesses to disclose climate-related financial information
