The gameplay demo was taken from the Playstation 5 build.

If they're revealing this early a lot of this big boss fights like the metal overlord one, i just hope the game has much more big surprises on it, this feels like they're teasing a lot of the game too early.

@@amarokorama ehh easier said than done i mean youre here watching it and you'll probably end up thinking to yourself "man i wish i didnt watch all that gameplay" after you beat the game even if it doesnt really mess up your experience with the game all that much
Oh great, it has teeth now. And that chomp attack is so much more aggressive. The Biolizard had already freaked me out before, but now it's on a whole new level of unsettling
It also has quivering gills, which grosses me out.

@@MattD402 I......don't think those are gills....at least not anymore. Apparently Lizards don't have gills on their torsos, so considerin' how mutilated The Biolizard already was in SA2, they could be areas where the Biolizard was sliced by researchers before he needed the Life Support system 'cause it legit looks like chopped meat now

All this looks sick (the marketing in general for this game has been amazing so far) but I just can't shake the feeling that they might be showing us a bit too much. Especially if this game is apparently going to be even shorter than the base generations.
Did they take out the bubbles chaos snap in the third and fourth sequence?
A lot different then the original boss battle in Sonic Adventure 2.
Still one of my favorite SONIC OST.

I know 3D Sonic bosses aren't exactly challenging (if anything, the difficulties are usually from janky camera control), but I felt they could have done something more with the gameplay. It feels too linear and pretty handholding with instructions slapped right in your face for each phases. They might as well just do cool QTE sequences at this point. I'm sure a lot of Sonic fans could come up with some really cool combat scenarios that's more interesting.
Regardless, it's still really cool to see the Biolizard fully remade in modern graphics and even reimagined attacks and forms (the bubble wings are legit cool! Especially, when they were used to form the energy sphere similar to how Naruto sculpts the Rasengan). I can't wait to see the final fight when the Biolizard is fused to the space station, too, it's gonna be sick!
Mechanically I think it’s fine but it’s too easy. Give it more health, speed up the attacks, and extend the phases with new ones and it would be great.
tbh it still look easy also sadly the finalhazard wont be here

To be fair, they did extend the fight with new phases. The bubble wings and the wall-climbing are not in the original. But like you said, it's still too easy. Other than increased HP and faster attack animation, I think it also needs more attack patterns for each phases. Now, if the boss could switch into different attacks at a faster rate, that would definitely up the challenge.
@@oak8194 I didn’t mean add new phases I meant extend the existing phase with new attack patterns (should’ve worded it like you did).

If you watch the Doom Powers trailer released a few weeks ago, you can hear the remix a bit more clearly, and the lyrics are there.
