- Directed by Alonso Ruizpalacios, "Museo" tells the circumstances surrounding the theft of several pre-Hispanic artifacts from the National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City in 1985, and the surprise of the authorities when they discovered that the authors of such a feat had been two marginal young people from the suburbs, Carlos. Perches and Ramón Sardina (García Bernal and Leonardo Ortizgris), instead of the professional art thieves to whom the subtraction of objects was attributed.

Yes, I agree with Alonso, in México there are a lot of stories that can be told through a movie, and that they would be exciting to watch. Alonso comes across as an excellent director very in touch with the reality in México.

Beautifully render? No way! In general I love Gael's work but this time , this is a really bad film, I guess that because he is the producer he is trying to save the investment . It's based on a true story but at the end they didn't follow the facts making it a boring and sometimes ridiculous piece, don't wast your money , a waste of time. XOX
