yeah, after hitting the enemies, his lance dipped and he realized that it wouldnt be a cool followthrough to his attack, so he forced himself to raise it into the right pose just in time with the vertical explosion 🤣 in the end, his pose still didnt match the explosion because he was in a position near parallel to the ground while the explosion was vertical. If he raised the lance towards the heaven like a victory pose, or stabbed it into the ground, it would have looked much better.
It also shows the weight of the Lance itself. The MAle one thrust it forwards as a way of showing his determination by powering through the weight. While the Female one stab it down as a way to show that it's the end.

Rules are meant to be broken makes more sense for this weapon as the goal of the bat is causing a weakness break. The defense is the best offense line probably would of been better suited for the lance seeing as the lance is all about defense. AND the mc already breaks the 4th wall anyway so him knowing that the lance scales off defense for its abilities wouldn't surprise me.

I love th Fire MC Ultimate on cbt version, the running and how the MC build a momentum before dashing away, and not to mention they also add "impact frame" and the pose is so good edit: after i watch it further, the expectation and impact on the full releases is more smoother and nicer, and more satisfying, compared to cbt version that's looks more cools
oh man I do kinda regret picking stelle solely just from the Line Delivery and Flame Burst Animation, I just really love that dash but can't hit the brakes from the velocity before victory stance
Yep, it's why I'm completely happy I chose Caelus. Stelle is badass but Caelus just hits different. Plus, the silly dialogues seem to fit Caelus more cause he looks goofy enough to pull those jokes while Stelle looks more unbothered rather than goofy.

Tbh, the changes were actually better, imagine in the middle of the fight and MC just strike a pose like a super sentai, and the fire ult just look better after changes.
I can kinda see some aspects of both version that I like. When it comes to the bat I love the release version because that close up at the start really amps up the tension . The impact feels so much mote powerful too. In the case of the Lance however I like the start of the cbt version because I like seeing that cone of high pressure air as he travels. The finish however is so abrupt. Mean the start of the release version doesnt have that impact and although it has the explosions its just not as cool. However the releases finish is perfect to a point. I would honestly like it if the trailblazer had to sink the lance into the ground just to slow down his momentum to a stop rather than him doing that and then ending in a pose where his arm and the weapon are out stretched. The grinding to halt would show more impact because it shows that he's going so fast that he has to use the lance to stop himself. It seems if they were to combine some of the aspects of the cbt and the release version that it would be honestly better.

Don't regret. I chose Stelle because of her JP Voice Actor who voiced 2B and Mikasa. And limited characters will have better animations so I don't really care about it.
In game only physical MC has animations before using his ultimate that is most deserving of 5 stars while the rest are all similar, whether rated 4 stars or 5

I don't quite like how they changed the preservation ult to be an exact replica of the female mc cbt ult. This sets the rest of the paths of having the same ult animation for both mcs down the line than something uniquely their own.
