College Band Japan Music Tour 2024 Highlights

The College Band travelled to Japan for a music exchange tour From July 4th to 9th, 2024.
The tour included several performances and exchange sessions with local schools and wind bands in Japan, particularly Saitama Prefectural Kumagaya Girls High School and Tokai University Takanawadai Junior & Senior High School. Our students had the opportunity to interact with and forge friendships with fellow musicians.
The tour's highlight was a joint band concert with Saitama Prefectural Kumagaya Girls High School and the Saitama Luminous Wind Orchestra. Three bands with around 200 performers collaborated as a mass ensemble and shared the stage. Our band members were inspired by the Japanese students' dedication, discipline, and training system, which motivated them to improve their musical abilities!
