Heretic Anthem bike doesn't need a Full-System... Filter, Slip-On w/Cat delete, and Flash will give you 200+whp... The Header is Titanium from the factory and is pretty much on par with WSBK race headers... Yes, they are that good. Going full is a waste of money.
I agree, the ZX10Rs don't really need a full system as the headers are titanium, but they are still very restrictive. Having aftermarket TI headers definitely makes a big difference in the mid range. There are a few brands out there that do full TI systems and are *relatively* cheap, or you can order them from another country to save a couple hundred.

I’ve had tge winter edition zx10 for 2months as it was a great deal at the time, it was absolutely gutless and got rid, u gotta think 15k or more for these new bikes and u can get a 5k bike that has as much power and don’t forget lighter and stonking midrange And none of these electronics
that enrichment is for the ram air. if you lean a bit and make it do the biggest number on dyno, in the real world it will end up slower
and the extreme lean in low rpm is to pass the euro 4 restrictions... this bikes are bad in low rpms , a reflash to 13/1 13/3 is the better

You should get 195+ whp BONE stock IF you bought the euro spec version/non-restricted version which is outside USA and UK markets.

Heretic Anthem they aren't that restrictive on stock internals, plus most aftermarket headers are redundant as they flow the same or worse than oem.
