My dad had one of these, a 76, bought it off the showroom floor. A Euro spec car, one of only a handful in the States. I will be eternally sad that he ever sold it.
one of the most beautiful and elegant jaguars ever. Perhaps even one of the most elegant cars ever. Perhaps I would appreciate an EU model a little bit more, but hey ... who's picky ....
I remember seeing a daimler double six for sale in 1985...It was priced just above £3000,00...Someone local to my area purchased it. A few years later, I saw it it at the local car breakers in Stoke on Trent, England...I think the registration number was something like VUU 732S, or something very similar. It was a beautiful car, maroon with a black vinyl roof....When I see these cars now, it alway's reminds me of this motor......

One might consider addressing the Spedo-cable concern.
It messes up an otherwise lovely car.
Very beautiful car!
I like the interior from the series 1 better.
Woah.
Lovely oily rag.
Is the car for sale?
It's really beautiful, I'm interested in buying it, if a 6 cylinder

@@iamthebroker No both 6 and 12. I have both. 6 is for sale!
@@AweMe not when they are titled V12. Lol.
These cars were beautiful .Such a shame that they were such rust-buckets
