This looks a great piece of kit and a solid stand/ frame as well. Best thing is it’s cordless! All the Evolution tools I’ve seen you use in the past have made me consider buying from them next time. The workshop is coming on great, you must be so happy to have the fire burning in there!
Bought the R210 for my partner at Christmas after sering you demonstrate your previous one. Good piece of kit. Think the stand will be a good addition for his birthday. Looking forward to seeing the new projects.
Thank you for the review. Ive got the evolution 240v mitre saw and it cut through Ash sleepers with ease. The 36v Cordless version looks amazing and very practical with the stand combo 😎
Heyyy, crazy. I hadnt heard of this brand before so I had to look it up and see if we have have it here in Australia. Apparently we do, and this unit is a pretty a decent price too!
Not on their mains powered R255 mitre saw, the dust extraction on that is sweet, I think it’s more down to the draw regarding power. Just seen your second comment 🤣😂🤣 my words exactly lol 😂
Check the fence with a straight edge and a decent square. Mine is out in a number of directions. Only any good for rough cuts. I even bought a replacement fence and it has the same issues.

those dust extractions bags do fuck all on all tools so i wouldn't fault evolution on that aspect.
