Another great video. I see, that most high level experts of industry are nowadays advocates of recovery diet - some kind of combination of rebound (to quickly put you to comfortable level of BF and mental sanity) and reverse diet - for further gradual progress through as long time as possible. I'm "nobody", but to me it's the only really reasonable approach, also from scientific point of view. I absorbe and crave those substantive videos like a dry sponge - I watched it two times to squeeze it of all knowledge :)
If memory serves me, I think Ronnie's Olympia reign (1997-2005) coincided with his Weirder contract signing in 97 and concluded with is Weirder contract expiration (signed after to BSN) in 2006 prior to that years Olympia. Just an observation.
It didn’t matter who Ronnie was signed with. He is not considered GOAT for nothing. There were maybe 1-2 years Ronnie’s win was questionable. The biggest controversy was in 2001 when Jay almost won. Then maybe 2002 when Kevin Levrone not Durant placed 2nd. Still, only 2001 was the only year. I love Flex Wheeler but he unanimously won in 1998 and 1999. Those were Ronnie’s best years in my opinion.
With his argument on whey protein, wouldn't adding fat to your shake help control the speed of breakdown? Or even better what about musclemilk which is casien protein?
O co chodzi z increase calorie intake without getting fat?

1998 was Ronnie’s first Olympia win.
