How, how, how, how, how, how, does someone's voice NEVER CHANGE??? Dolly is an enigma. I mean that wholeheartedly. I just don't understand how her voice does what it does unless God is real, and He has infiltrated her voice for some reason. I had a vocal scholarship and I'm telling you those notes she hits are high and yet she's singing them in her lower chest register which is unheard of...at any age. People can always tell when someone hits high notes bc their register changes, but Dolly's doesn't. It's why we don't notice when Dolly hits high notes, but she's hitting them. Her voice is so flawless it's not natural. It really isn't and I find myself continually baffled by it.
I've been unemployed for seven months now. It's been a long and challenging search. I've been tempted to despair, wondering if God has forgotten His servant. My first time hearing this song by Dionne Warwick and Dolly Parton was earlier this month (May 2023). When suddenly, I notice them popped up while I was online. I said, let me see what the two of them are doing together, knowing it was music of some kind but didn't have any idea of just what. So I clicked on them and Oh My God! I could not stop listening to them singing this song, "Peace Like A River." I listened to it at least six times non-stop with tears flowing from my eyes. Their voices are so fitting for the part which they each sing. It is so beautiful and touching to my soul until every time I listen to the words and the melody of them singing this song I am overthrown by the spirit to the point where it causes me to break down with much tears and praises. This song truly fills my soul! It seems to me that this song is one of the best that I have ever heard and it touches my heart in such a way that it lifts my spirit to the extreme!!
