My best regards about such a highly scientific phenomenon. This 23.5° concept is applied in innumerable areas like met dept, astronomy, astrology, geography. This also explains the various racial evolutions of humans. One more thing... Is there a video on makar reka the Southern 23.5°. A commendable effort that I came across for the first time to view the location in spite of my reasonable knowledge and having visited Bhopal a number of times.
