Just went in April & I’m craving Korean street food now watching your video 😅… oh, the street vendors move around weekly though (vendors told us), so better to remember their faces instead of by locations 😄
Is it??? Shucks I didn’t see the face… I need Japchae again… 🤣
@@JeanettesWorld yes haha… usually after buying & chatting with the vendors, they will tell us where to find them the next weekend 😄… my usual trips are 8-9 days long annually. My annual “Mecca” to Seoul to hike, eat, shop 😝
I was there last month and saw a street vendor in Myeongdong reusing the skewers. 😮 I’m beginning to wonder what happens to the lobster shell that are tossed into the bin that’s ‘conveniently’ offered by the sellers.

Street food in MD is too expensive 😅target more at tourist..also my hub said it’s usually unhygienic as the water they use isn’t clean..

korean pretty expensive.. but , the portion is good .. just beef and lobster is very expensive everywhere .. more so in seoul
Yea a little? But I think is because myeongdong is more touristy! But not everywhere in Seoul is like this!

Myeongdong is a very touristy place so not many Koreans go there! Or maybe they go at a different time and day? However, we are all Asian so… maybe is hard to tell? I’m not sure too! Hehehe I get mistaken for other nationalities at times too hehe

Never buy street food in Myeongdong It's just ridiculously expensive
The Beef looks quite good value considering the location.. Aunty should have Wasabi.. so good with grilled beef
YESSS good wasabi and beef is like match made in Heaven :)
