Personally, my choice for Old Republic Jedi Council member to be frozen would be the "Yoda" of that time; Master Vandar Tokare. It'd be interesting if Vandar ended up being Anakin's master instead of Obi-Wan or Qui-Gon.

BRUHHHH. Yoda wouldn't even be able to stay on Coruscant if he beat Palpatine, the entire planet would've been on high alert and all the troops there looking for him. Anakin would've sensed Palpatine's death before he even got there, as he would've immediately felt it in the force. While he got to Coruscant, he would've joined by all the troops on the planet. As for when he a Yoda would fight, Yoda wouldn't stand a chance. Not only would he have been severely outnumbered while fighting Anakin because the troops on planet would've aided Anakin, but also because Anakin would've grown imensely powerful after his victory over Obi-Wan, along with Yoda being exhausted from fighting Palpatine. Anakin would've killed Yoda, if Yoda was even able to face him. Then after the duel was over Anakin would've been made Emperor, he basically would've been Napoleon in this scenario. Now as for whether he'd choose to hunt down all the Jedi, I think so but only ones who ignored him. Anakin would've had to research more on the Sith on his own, and the Rule of Two most likely would've been over. I see Anakin starting a Sith Order closer to the old Sith Empires like Revan's, and him training his own Sith Order filled with Dark Jedi, however the order would most likely not completely evil but more darker side of the jedi. I also see him managing to recruit Ahsoka, and her being member of his order.
Well, I wouldn't expect Anakin to win against Yoda. To defeat such Powerful Jedi need to be stronger than Yoda. Dooku. Mace. Obi-Wan. And Anakin could not compare with them. And surpass them as a Jedi because, his Force Powerful was not fully developed. And revealed. It's one thing to be powerful in wielding a Lightsaber. Another thing is Force Powerful. If Yoda had not dropped his Lightsaber in the battle with Palpatine, then it is unknown how his battle with Palpatine could have ended? Ataru is no worse. And no weaker than Djem So therefore, Yoda's Battle with Anakin, who, has turned to the Dark Side, can definitely be more furious than Yoda's Battle with Palpatine.
@marikam2998 Anakin was already powerful in the force, and with him, defeating Kenobi, his power would've continued to increase. When Anakin turned to the dark side, he continuously grew stronger even in his fight with Obi-Wan. Him defeating would've led to his power in force growing immensely and beyond what it was even then, and once he heard about Yoda killing Palpatine he would've fallen even deeper into the dark side, because he thought Palpatine was the only one who could save Padme, that increased anger and fury would be turned towards Yoda. As far as Abakin not matching Dooku, Mace, and Obi-Wan, he was stronger than all of them. He killed Dooku in combat. He was supposed to fight and beat Mace in Episode III, but Samuel Jackson had scheduling issues and couldn't film it, but it's more than safe to say Anakin would've beaten him. As far as Obi-Wan goes it's confirmed that Anakin was stronger than him there, the only reason Obi-Wan won the fight, was because he was familiar with Anakin from the countless sparring against each other, and Anakin's arrogance at trying to beat Kenobi with how he beat Maul on Naboo. Anakin was more than match for them. Yoda probably would have died if he hadn't dropped his lightsaber. Palpatine was a master of every single lightsaber form there was. Yoda's fight with Anakin most likely would be fiercer, but in it, it wouldn't just be Anakin he was facing. Thousands of not millions of clone troopers and regular troopers would've been converging on Yoda's position to join Anakin in his fight. The odds would've been too stacked against him for him to succeed. Yoda would put up a hard fight, but he'd still lose it.

I think Vader would have overpowered Yoda, because after the death of Sith Master, the power of Bane transfers into the last Sith of the Order. So Anakin would naturally be buffed, just like Sidious after killing his master

He was supposed to fight and beat Mace in Episode III, but Samuel Jackson had scheduling issues and couldn't film it, but it's more than safe to say Anakin would've beaten him. As far as Obi-Wan goes it's confirmed that Anakin was stronger than him there, the only reason Obi-Wan won the fight, was because he was familiar with Anakin from the countless sparring against each other, and Anakin's arrogance at trying to beat Kenobi with how he beat Maul on Naboo. Anakin was more than match for them.
Yoda probably would have died if he hadn't dropped his lightsaber. Palpatine was a master of every single lightsaber form there was.
Yoda's fight with Anakin most likely would be fiercer, but in it, it wouldn't just be Anakin he was facing. Thousands of not millions of clone troopers and regular troopers would've been converging on Yoda's position to join Anakin in his fight. The odds would've been too stacked against him for him to succeed.
Yoda would put up a hard fight, but he'd still lose it.

Namely because of his hot-temper. And his Impulsive Personality Anakin could not fully reveal. And develop Force Potential. And crippled by Obi-Wan On Mustafar. Be Anakin wiser. Cleverer. And I wouldn't say Anakin was strong that Yoda. Dooku. Mace. And Obi-Wan. Yeah, he was Rerspective Jedi who, really had Special Force Potential. And And he really could become a very Powerful Jedi in the future but, Potential Development. And Unlocking Potential. Skills. And Abilities are like care of flowers. If you take good care of the flowers they will grow, but, if you don’t do this then the flowers will die without being able to grow.

And defeated by Anakin in The Revenge Of The Sith. Otherwise, Anakin himself could very well be in Dooku’s Place.
