We got up early in the morning to take a hot air balloon tour of the beautiful valleys of Cappadocia, Turkey. The tour operators charge anything between 120-160 euros depending on how reputed they are. Ask your hotel to make a booking for you. Give them a week's advance notice but sometimes there are cancellations and you can manage a place last minute too. This is a 'must do' in Cappadocia if you can spare the money.
