@Bing Bong These are npcs you cant RP with npc, they dont take locals as people Beacuse they cant RP with them. If a local dies he Just dies, when a Player dies there needs to be EMS and some Times Police involved.

It's the timer UNTIL you can respawn, so after 300 seconds, you can choose to respawn. Doing so will mean that you have chosen to act as if you do not remember anything that led up to that point. You must have attempted to get medical help in some form, and if you have been told that police/ems is on it's way, or you are in a situation where you were downed during rp, you may not respawn. You CAN choose to "permadeath" your character when this happens, which some have for RP purposes, though I believe only one such case has happened in 3.0 which was the choice of the person behind the character, choosing to die by firing squad in prison. EDIT: For additional info, this comes under NLR - New Life Rule for NoPixel. Other RP communities have various levels of this rule, from not remembering what caused you to end up in the hospital (like NP) to as far as being a completely new character on respawn and can include other rules such as not returning to the scene of the crime or the area it was in to tamper with things or otherwise cause a failRP situation
