One of the most underrated rom com. I thoroughly thoroughly enjoyed this drama. I don't get why people loved DOTS so much because this drama was honestly a LOT better. The meaning and warmth in this drama was everything. This couple is so underrated. They are one of the most hottest couples in kdrama history. So Ji Sub and Shin Min Ah really slayed their roles. I can't sing enough praises about this one. I am just sad it is so underrated.
This drama felt more somewhat realistic because of how relatable it is with most ppl…. Jst a part from the fact of accidentally meeting some rich guy and falling in love. Aside from that both OMV and DOTS were good dramas and I absolutely love them sm 😍🤧
What I love about this Kdrama is that everyone - including the leads are damaged by life in some way. And, they make it a point to remind you not to judge by looks alone. Everyone is a patient - recovering from something. That hospital scene - when he is being discharged to go to rehab in the States is perfect. So many reasons why this can live on the streaming services forever - there will always be an audience to connect to.

I’m on to the last two episodes and I can agree with you with how each character has some kind of pain which is what makes this drama so special and unique compared to other dramas. I think I like this drama because it has no major family drama concerning the two leads. It has no annoying revenge plots or whatever. The couple has so many cute scenes. Although one annoying thing is how many flashbacks does the episode need LMAO. It is obvious those flashbacks are fillers for the episode. Also the second lead has so much screentime Haha
omg same here! love that there's no drama and reveng kinda plot. Just cute scene that make me smile. I think real life is already too tired for me to watch a drama. But i dont mind flashback though...especially the cute one hahahahaha

I loved this Kdrama beacause it is wonderful, cute, loving, interesting, and because... So Ji Sub is my favorite actor, but most of all, it helped me discover I had a severe health problem. I was having similar symptoms as the actress and I started wondering if I had something going on with my body, I went to the doctor and yep, I had something going on, now after a year I dropped 23 kg and recovered my health. Love love love this drama and forever will be in my heart!
I may be exaggerating but idc when I watched oh my venus i feel like So Ji Sub is so handsome like he's different from other korean actors.. When i watched other kdramas i say things about the actors like: "omg he's so hot" but for so ji sub he was the first korean actor that I thought is really handsomee its prob cs he's pretty much older than the other korean actors but still gives that young vibes and also he takes care of his body😍 and his cheek bones are to die for y'all😭❤️🙌🏼 and for shin min ah dont even ask she's just perfect😩
