@@benchristopher392can you explain why you feel that way? I have not played a single final fantasy game other than this one, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I actually cried throughout various points in the storyline.
@@amaricoleman215 because on release it wasn't finished. The reason some of the games have stood the test of time was the story was so good back then people played it over and over. This story wasn't finished and they only finished it about 2 years after release with DLC. But by then it's too late most people have played it and know the story line so a couple of extra bits of story isn't going to really change anything..... For example chapter 13 you find out prompto is an MT. Its a big reveal and it was mentioned like once while opening a door, little scene about them not caring and it's then never mentioned again, there were a couple of important moments like this through our the game that are explained in the DLC but it should not have been that way at all. I have replayed the game since it's completion and the game is a lot better now than it was when released. It's a shame they chose to loose story for DLC content. That's why I think the story was poorly told which is a shame as it is a good story when put together
